What do I do if I received goods damaged or broken in transit?
Please contact us on info@highhealth.co.za to report any broken or damaged items, please state your order number in the subject line so we can help you as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I wish to return something I purchased?
You are welcome to return items purchased within 7 days of receiving goods; unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still on their original unopened packaging and are sealed. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified that we have received your item as well as whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed typically within 3 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, refunds may take 7 – 10 workings days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
Sale items
Unfortunately we only offer refunds on regular priced items, sale items are not applicable for refund.
What if an item is missing from my order?
Please contact us on info@highhealth.co.za to report any missing items, please state your order number in the subject line. We will then check with our packing and delivery team to determine if the item was missed in the process of getting your parcel ready.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: High Health Farmacy (PTY) Ltd., 62 Chartwell Drive, Umhlanga Rocks, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, 4319, South Africa.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
